🎮Announcement: Game Juice Meet Up! 🎮

Ad-Virtua Inc. will host “Game Juice Meet Up!”—a community event for game developers—on April 3, 2026 (Fri).
This meetup provides a relaxed space where creators can openly share ideas and techniques for crafting the feel, responsiveness, and moment-to-moment satisfaction that make games enjoyable to play.

The event will take place at the TikTok for Business Japan office (Shibuya Hikarie 26F).
Through LT (Lightning Talks) and a casual networking session, participants can connect with fellow creators involved in all aspects of game development.

What Is Game Juice?

Game Juice refers to the collection of design elements and techniques that create a game’s
“feel,” “responsiveness,” and “moment-to-moment delight.”

This includes elements such as:

• Visual effects
• Animation
• Sound design
• UI reactions
• Screen shake
• Input feedback
• Timing adjustments
• Satisfying physics behavior

In short, Game Juice is everything that makes players think:
“This feels good!” “This is fun to interact with!”

At this event, we’ll explore topics such as:

• Techniques for improving game feel
• Tips for enhancing animation and visual effects
• Knowledge sharing among developers

Anyone involved in game creation—developers, designers, animators, technical artists, and students—is welcome to join.

Event Schedule

18:00 — Doors Open / Check-in

Receive your name tag and enjoy light conversation while waiting for the event to begin.

18:30–19:30 — LT (Lightning Talks)

A Lightning Talk (LT) is a short, 5-minute presentation.
Participants share topics such as:

• Game feel techniques
• Animation or VFX improvements
• Behind-the-scenes production stories
• Tips learned during development

It’s a fast-paced and inspiring session where creators exchange ideas in a friendly atmosphere.

19:30–20:45 — Networking Session (Snacks & Drinks Provided)

A casual networking time where participants can:

• Discuss LT presentations
• Ask questions and exchange ideas
• Share feedback on each other’s work
• Connect with fellow creators

21:00 — Closing

We will wrap up with a brief message from the organizers.
Participants are welcome to continue exchanging contacts and chatting afterward.

About LT Presentations

If you’d like to present an LT,
please purchase the “LT Presenter” ticket.

• Time limit: approx. 5 minutes per person
• Topic: anything related to game creation (project showcase, techniques, insights, etc.)
• Promotion: up to 1 minute of self-promotion is allowed

Even first-time presenters are welcome—it's a friendly and supportive environment.
